   Multi-level structures of plants consist of a series of units to quickly respond to changes in economic circumstances of the market, according to a well-designed management system and consists of the following units:

   ENGINEERING AND DESIGN CENTERS

   The main task is development and introduction in manufacture of the latest advances in the development of the tractor. Advanced design and technological basis and experience accumulated over the years, allow highly skilled specialists works to address not only the main tractor-flavored, but the production and the placing of units and mechanisms, used in the transport industry, construction, production of agricultural implements.

   This is a high energy-consuming and dangerous industry.     

   Tractor's gearbox, bridges and  balancers are produced in this process. In terms of the casting process and using proper materials,we have our own experience and unique technology, which can help us to process accurately according to our customers' drawings.

   Technical Standards

   A. The massive of each cast iron should be between 2kg and 7kg. The sum of irons which heavier than 7kg and lighter than 2kg should not exceed 10% of the total massive.

   B. Iron surfaces should be clean, without slag or sand.

   C. Melting scrap steel using standard GB 4223-2004.

   D. Scrap carbon content should be less than 2%. Sulfur and phosphorus content should not over 0.050%.

   E. Scrap waste should not be mixed with scrap iron, alloy steel, the Ferroalloy or harmful substances.

   F. Mud blocks , cement, sand, zinc, oil, enamel and other debris should not be on scrap steel surfaces, devices, or in packaging components.
